We support the entire process by developing the whole sensory and physical analysis of coffee, accompanying each of the crops and our coffee growers, as well as providing feedback and visits directly to the farms. We do trainings but what we are looking for is more than transferring knowledge, building a common knowledge among all this family.
All this allows us to adapt more and more to what each client needs. Each of the lots is processed differently meeting the requirements and is prepared according to the market. This system of internal traceability allows adding value to what the coffee grower has already added value, showing the different markets everything behind a cup of coffee of the best quality, thus allowing through commerce and through the quality, sustainability for the chain.
