Why InConexus’ speciality coffee programs contribute to gender equity ?

On October 19th. We invited female coffee growers to join us to a roundtable where we shared about gender equity issues ! The event was held during the Colombian Speciality Coffee Fair. We organized this meeting to capture on the current situation of women in the Colombian coffee sector and allow the participants to share between them and also with the InConexus team, on experiences, advances and wishes for their future. Majority of them already work with InConexus and most of them produce speciality coffee, some certified Organic, Rainforest Alliance or Fair Trade.
